The Outplacement Department at CityKids offers home-based family support for children and young people (0–18) with somatic conditions, Autism Spectrum Disorder, behavioral challenges or developmental delays.

The ongoing care for a child with a nursing and/or educational care requirement is often intensive for parents and/or caregivers, yet it is also rewarding to be able to do it yourself. But parents and/or caregivers also have their limits. Combining intensive care and dividing attention within the family, work and household can sometimes be tough.

Every child and family is unique, so every situation is different. We take the time to get to know you and help you think about how we can support you as a family. Together, we look at the possibilities. The best care for your child is our goal. You don't have to do it alone, let's make caring together a little easier.

Support is tailored to the child and family and focuses on parenting guidance, behavioral and developmental challenges, daily structure, communication, and practical issues such as eating, sleeping, and toilet training. This guidance strengthens parenting skills and supports a healthy balance within the family. We are there for the family, giving room to them to catch their breath for a while. They can temporarily focus on other things.
CityKids is happy to think along with you. Are you curious about the possibilities for your situation or would you like more information about our approach and organisation? Feel free to call us or fill the form so we can help you further.
