At CityKids Daycare Centre, your child is at the heart of everything we do. We welcome children aged 0 to18 years with physical and/or intellectual disabilities who need a supportive and nurturing place to grow. In our warm, homely environment, children are free to be themselves while feeling safe, understood, and valued. With small group sizes of up to eight children, we offer plenty of personal attention and tailored support. Our professional team provides high-quality pedagogical and nursing care, creating a joyful space where children can play, explore, and develop at their own pace.
We are open on weekdays and during school holidays. It is a place where children can relax, have fun, and enjoy meaningful activities designed especially for them. We understand that daily life can be demanding for children.
Our Development Center supports children with developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, and/or autism spectrum disorders. We focus on nurturing growth, gaining clarity on each child’s abilities, and exploring the best school and learning opportunities for their future.
The children are supported in specialized Climate Groups designed to meet their individual needs:
• Early Support Group:
For children without a formal diagnosis, focusing on social interaction, communication, and daily routines.
• School-Preparation Group:
Helping children build essential skills for school, like following instructions, completing tasks, and asking for help.
• Structure Group:
For children with autism, providing a structured day, supporting transitions, and enhancing communication to prepare for school.
Using tailored methods, we ensure that each child receives the right care and guidance to grow, learn, and develop their potential.
At the Discovery Center we support children with severe intellectual and/or multiple disabilities. Our care focuses on helping each child live as independently as possible while prioritizing their well-being and happiness.
Families and caregivers are actively involved, and children explore and discover themselves in a safe, nurturing environment.
We use tailored methods to ensure the right support for each child, fostering positive growth and development.
